Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n

This Privacy Policy explains how the community of music and ballet schools of Serbia (hereinafter: the community \/ ZMB\u0160S) processes personal data of visitors and users on the following sites and systems:<\/p>\n

      B) information about the teacher\/mentor and the school:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          records required for issuing diplomas\/certificates and publishing results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              organizations (schedules, logistics, notifications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              evaluating and determining the results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              list of rankings and results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              issuing diplomas\/certificates and keeping records of realized events<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              security and stability of the information system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              4) publication of rankings and results<\/h3>\n

              For the sake of transparency and public character of the events, ZMB\u0160S publishes rankings with full name and surname of participants, as well as data that are common for results (e.g. school, discipline, category, award \/ result), to the extent appropriate to the purpose of the event.<\/p>\n

              5) recording (photo \/ video \/ audio) and consent<\/h3>\n

              At events that are recorded (concerts\/competitions), the processing of photo\/video\/audio material and its use (e.g. archives, documentation, reporting, public information and promotion) shall be governed by a special notice and consent obtained during the organization of a specific event.<\/p>\n

              For minors, consent is given by the parent \/ guardian, when consent is required.<\/p>\n

              6) legal basis of processing<\/h3>\n

              Processing is based on one or more bases (depending on the situation), such as:<\/p>\n

                conduct registration and organization of events in accordance with the rules<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                legitimate interests (e.g. organization, system security, transparency of results)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                consent (e.g. recording and publishing of recordings when this is based on the consent and specific rules of the event)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                7) data recipients (sharing<\/h3>\n

                Data may only be available to the extent necessary to carry out the event.:<\/p>\n

                  Through these systems, ZMB\u0160S does not charge fees and does not process payment card data or data necessary for online payment.<\/p>\n

                  The data is stored:<\/p>\n

                    during the preparation and implementation of the event, and a reasonable time after completion (for complaints, checks and issuance of documents)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    results and rankings can be kept longer as part of the records of events held (ZMB\u0160S archive)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    10) cookies and technical data<\/h3>\n

                    The websites use technical data and cookies that are necessary for the operation of the system (session, login, security, basic functionality). Cookie settings may be changed in the browser, noting that this may limit the operation of login and administration.<\/p>\n

                    11) security<\/h3>\n

                    Protection measures are applied (access control, roles and authorizations, activity logs, backup, protection against unauthorized access). Despite the measures, no system can guarantee absolute safety.<\/p>\n

                    12) real faces<\/h3>\n

                    Access, correction, Amendment, restriction of processing and others may be requested, in accordance with the regulations. The request is submitted to the contact from Point 1.<\/p>\n

                    13) policy changes<\/h3>\n

                    The policy can be changed to comply with regulations or change the system. The original version is published on the website.<\/p>\n

                    TERMS OF USE (ZMB\u0160S)<\/h2>\n

                    1) scope<\/h3>\n

                    These conditions apply to zmbss.org, rtzmbss.com and festival.zmbss.com including all application forms and the administration part of the system.<\/p>\n

                    2) purpose<\/h3>\n

                    The website and system are used for information and organization, applications, administration, schedules, results, preparation of diplomas\/certificates and communication regarding the festival and the Republic competition.<\/p>\n

                    3) the user's orders, powers and responsibilities<\/h3>\n

                      Orders are assigned to authorized persons (schools\/organizers\/commissions) according to roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      The user is responsible for storing the access data and activities performed under his or her account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      ZMB\u0160S may temporarily restrict access to the account in case of suspected abuse or violation of the terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      4) the accuracy of the data<\/h3>\n

                      The person entering the data confirms that the data is accurate and entered in accordance with the rules of the event and the applicable obligations of the school\/institution.<\/p>\n

                      5) publication of results<\/h3>\n

                      Using the system, users are informed that ZMB\u0160S publishes rankings with the full name and surname of the participants and the usual data on the competition category and results, for the sake of transparency of the event.<\/p>\n

                      6) event recording<\/h3>\n

                      For events that are recorded (photo \/ video \/ audio), the conditions and consents are governed by a special notice and documentation for the specific event.<\/p>\n

                      7) prohibited acts<\/h3>\n

                      Unauthorized access to the system, attempts to breach security, entering malicious code, misrepresenting and entering inaccurate data with the intent of deception is prohibited.<\/p>\n

                      8) intellectual property<\/h3>\n

                      The Logo, design, texts and materials (including regulations and documents) are the property of ZMB\u0160S or are used with permission. Unauthorized copying and distribution are not allowed.<\/p>\n

                      9) availability and limitation of liability<\/h3>\n

                      ZMB\u0160S strives for stable operation, but interruptions due to maintenance or technical reasons are possible. ZMB\u0160S is not liable for damages resulting from interruptions that are beyond reasonable control.<\/p>\n

                      10) applicable law<\/h3>\n

                      The law of the Republic of Serbia shall apply. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.<\/p>\n
