Regulation
Under the law of associations ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 51/2009) and art. 22 of the agreement on the establishment of the community of music and ballet schools of Serbia, at the session of the Assembly held on 25. 11. 2015. the statute of the community of music and ballet schools of Serbia was adopted.
The community of music and ballet schools of Serbia is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit, professional organization in which the music and ballet schools of Serbia join, with the aim of uniting, on the principles of reciprocity and solidarity, common goals, needs and interests in the field of music and ballet education and upbringing.
ZMBŠS has the status of a legal entity with rights, obligations and responsibilities defined by the law and this statute. The full name of the organization is Zajednica muzičkih I baletskih škola Srbije/Zajednica muzičkih I baletskih škola Srbije / the Association of Music and Ballet Schools of Serbia. The community's abbreviated name is ЗМБШС / ZMBŠS.
Presidency music and ballet schools of Serbia pursuant to Article 22. Meeting, held on the 25th. 08. 2009. the rules of Procedure of the presidency of the Association of music and ballet schools of Serbia.
The board of directors performs its duties at the meeting. Members of the ZMBŠS presidency, in order to carry out its decisions and conclusions, may perform certain actions and take the necessary measures even outside the session of this body, in accordance with their powers and duties.
In accordance with the provisions of these rules of procedure, they prepare, convene and hold meetings of the presidency of the ZMBŠS. The provisions of these rules of procedure shall apply accordingly to the work of commissions, professional bodies and other auxiliary bodies of the ZMBŠS (working bodies).
The Republic competition is a public music pedagogical event in which regular and part-time students of primary and secondary music and ballet schools of Serbia participate.
The competition is conducted in accordance with The competition rules, Regulations on the work of the jury of the competition and the rules of the competition. The regulations regulate the elements related to the organization of the competition, and the regulations regulate the programs of competition disciplines and categories of competitors.
Jury members are selected from the ranks of prominent music and ballet educators and reproductive artists, conductors and chamber musicians, from the country and abroad.
This Rulebook the goals, the Realizer, the manner and time of realization, the obligations of the participants, the manner of evaluating the competitors, propositions and other activities related to the holding of the festival of music and ballet schools of Serbia are regulated.
The Festival is a regular annual review of music and pedagogical achievements of schools for primary music and ballet education, the only event of a competitive character in which students perform and rank as a team.
Jury members are selected from the ranks of prominent music and ballet educators and reproductive artists, conductors and chamber musicians, from the country and abroad.
The rulebook on awarding the annual award of the community of music and ballet schools of Serbia regulates the conditions, manner and procedure of awarding the annual award of the community of music and ballet schools of Serbia.
The community adopts standards for ranking competitions in the country and abroad in the field of music and ballet arts. Standards are applied in a competition to reward high school students for their achievements.
